Don't believe the riot shills who pop up all the time to tell you otherwise.
This is how Riots rigged MMing works. They know that they can put on the breaks by stacking bad players and stacking good players (or at least thoughs that work together) on the other team. This allows them to control the win rates so they match their predictions.
Its a shit illusion of a MMing.
