I miss Team Builder

It used to go out so well due to the fact that you can help form a proper team without trolls trying to ruin your game.

Nowadays even in Ranked I'm forced to leave a queue cause someone wants to pick "soraka jg" for example because he didn't get his main champ/role. Or some quickly declaring they will int, or that one guy who will auto pick and force you out of your lane.

Why should I be forced to lose some of my lp BEFORE a game even starts? Team builder used to solve those issues by kicking out those troll picks and choosing someone who can actually enjoy the game.

The only problem I see coming from Team Builder is the queue times were quite long. But really now, I rather wait **for an enjoyable, troll-free game. **

teambuilder sucked because you would always be waited 20+ min on a support or jungler and if you decided to do something off meta you would not be accecpted into any game and if you made the lobby then people would just leave after they saw your pick

for teambuilder to actually work it needs to be massively changed in order to stop those issues

Now that players can select their desired position/role, there's just not much use for Team Builder... unless Blind Pick was scrapped in place of Team Builder, but that's never gonna happen.

I started playing support so I didn't have to wait so long in team builder.

teambuilder used to take an hour to set up because no one wanted support, and almost everyone playing was terrible because they either could only play one role and didn't understand the game well, or were first timing a role, the games were actually miserable

teambuilder was in testing and it didn't work. it evolved into role draft. games in teambuilder weren't even that good. players there were mostly raging kids going mad when giving first blood. the typical yasuo/riven/katarina/rengar/vayne players everyone hate to find in ranked games. such a type of queue can't exist without an off-choice. that's why it turned out as a role selection queue, with a secondary role.

I also missed team builder, at least with team builder I get to find the role I want not potential one of two and I don’t have to go through stupid pick and ban
