Quinn should be nerfed

Seriously, Quinn sits at a 55% winrate for Mid, Top AND Adc at the same time (Adc is clearly not entirely dead)

I literally went through a ranked match jungling and witnessed a level 1 quinn taking out almost 3/4 of a level 1 panth's health top lane along with electrocute.

Imagine she just builds early game she pretty much one shots a lot of champs sometimes even bruisers. Not to mention her annoying ability which allows her to roam at very high speeds to pick up more free kills with her already early advantage of top lane.

This whole mother fucking season needs to be nerfed, better yet revert fucking everything from this season. Riot doesn't fucking balance the game properly and I hhave 0 fucking faith in Ghostcancer and his team now.

That's like me whining about a fed Khazix Talon Rengar and then I farm alone far from my allies.

Try sticking out with your team and see how usefull Quinn will be during that time

Again she's not the problem, the damage in the game is just way too high and it just happens to benefit her the most, basically there's no tank or hard cc to stop her since everyone is playing carries and no one has defensive runes. The fact that her and garen reign supreme at the moment is a bit concerning for the game IMO.

Just remove the bs stun on her vault. Do this and she's much more reasonably punishable. Sure the kit doesn't say she's got a stun, but she does. When she contacts you with the vault, you can't move, attack, or cast an ability. Otherwise if she vaulted on a renekton or darius, she's probably dead. That plus the stupid damage from item 3095 to open a fight or just get of massive periodic harass is why she's so strong right now.

Quinn isnt really broken by herself, rather she is a byproduct.

Duskblade, elecrolute, stormrazor+static.

She likes having high burst and those things are all really powerful now a simple AA(With harrier)-E-AA(harrier again) will proc electrolute and as you saw, deal high damage.

Now imagine what happens when you stack duskblade, stormrazor and static shiv.

She will fly in near you, auto attack once to mark you and get duskblade, stormrazor+static shiv off.

Then another auto for harrier, right into E for another harrier then Q for a final harrier auto.

All this translates into a great deal of instant burst and if she times it right after she gets shiv then she gets stormrazor on each harrier causing them all to deal massive damage.

I am personally convinced that Stormrazor is a really unhealthy item but what can i do <.<
