Kayle is getting nerfed and has only been like this for a patch.
The ult should stasis her like Zhonyas so she can't just move and chase and basically keep all offensive momentum.
The biggest problem to Kayle is the ult not only gives her safety, but when she moves to teamfights in mid to late game she can just ult the ADC and they autowin teamfights with an adc that cannot be touched.
Kayle's biggest issue right now is definitely Kleptomancy essentially nullifying her weak early game. It's probably a good idea to wait until Klepto's gone to see where she stands.

every rework becomes a problem, were they not supposed to solve an issue? how come you guys want so many reworks anyways? they're all a potential problem that stress you guys out and then you complain and have to wait for nerfs. The amount of celebration when they said they're reworking
