heimerdinger is one of the least threatening things currently in the top lane with his 2% pick rate
most champs gain power through obscurity and heimerdinger only has this happen in master division

then there are a bunch of champions who offer frustrating experiences AND the potential for massive outplays clogging up the ban system
i just think it is u t t e r bullshit that his turrets are tankier than zyra's plants and also one shot them. if you're gonna have champs that revolve around their summons then at least be CONSISTENT about it jesus

He doesn't do well against area of effect people. Lux seems to have a good match up against him. And Morgana. And Azir. Blitzcrank is rather funny to play into Heim. You can rearrange his turrets and give your jungler openings to work with. And grabbing him out of his turrets is even better. Blitz is my go to when Heimerdinger gets locked top.
