Garen's shoulder pads should get bigger each time he shouts Demacia

Only if this applies to Garen the champion, not Garen the individual instance of that champion in-game. I.e. whenever any Garen in any game shouts Demacia, all Garens in all games increase their shoulder pad size in all future games.

Unironically want an ultimate or legendary skin that does this. Make it subtle, but by the end of a 40min or so game they should be huge so you end the game like “woah when did that happen”

I'd love to see that but he doesn't need that hard of a nerf.

garen should only be allowed to yell "GAREN","JUSTICE" and "DEMACIA"

and his shoulderpads should be 5x the size of miss fortune's cannons
