This skin feels like it was just put on the PBE. His head vanishes when he's stat stealing from his ult and his passive has differently colored particles while all his other abilities are the same color as his base skin.
All of his skins are pretty much like this, they only gave the passive a recolor (some other effects got it in a couple skins) but they didn't do full changes to his particles
All his skins are unfinished. His skins have half done vfx, and the fire skins have green mixed into the particles ffs. Riot really dropped the ball on Morde.
Personally, I think Dragon Knight is his worst skin by far. My fav is Lord Mordekaiser.
