How many of you got reported for doing the Frostmancy build?

You go top. you buy spell thiefs. you take clepto rune.

You don't farm, you just harass the enemy and proc clepto. As soon as you can upgrade the support item, you go back, buy the upgrade and tb back to lane.

You now start to poke the enemy again and harass the enemy while procing klepto. all of this till you complete the quest for the support item.

Then you can farm. pros of the strategy: no farm, since you don't farm you don't miss cs. And you can easily roam to help your jungler in need. cons: no turret plates. Ranged only, to hard for melees to pull it off. Ap only.

Huni did it last week in lcs, but it's not fun to play against
