just step back, build momentum on your snow ball and just smack enemy team with it over and over. you'll win trades. your ADC will just auto-attack enemy that is knocked up and continue to do this over and over. they literally can't do anything. use your consume to heal yourself after you engage, and just walk away.

if enemy mid-laner is over extending, you can run snowball down river fairly quickly due to runes, and gank mid. repeat this process, literally win the game if your team have a brain.

My build is kind of similar, but I take Relic Shield as my support item. With his Q you basically never have to worry about stealing CS, or having your CS stolen by your ADC. Plus the extra health it gives feels better to me than the stats coin gives.

Also you should try Comet on him, just for fun. His W will proc it, followed by 9 10% cooldown reductions from his E, potentially enough to get two off in one combo. The runes overall are Comet + Null Orb + Celerity + Waterwalking/GS, with either resolve of inspiration secondary, depending on the mood.
