Where can I find the Item/Ability/Summoner spell icons in the game files?

I cannot navigate through the absolute mess that is the Riot Games > League of Legends > RADS directory. It is absolutely impossible to find these image files. Online, you can find high quality versions of the icons for certain items like Rapid Firecannon and Dark Seal, but it seems completely random as to what you're gonna find a good quality version of. I'd like some assistance in navigating my way through the files so I can get my hands on some good quality icons. A lot of posts I've found are outdated as hell and no longer relevant. Anyone got it figured out?
