ELO in game when?

For years I believed riot when they talked about the whole concept of "clarity" and "player focused" and whatnot, but I haven't really seen that in recent years. When can we see the ELO of the team and opponents in the game? Why not during the loading screen? There are no players that say they don't want these things. What does it serve you to hide this data from players?

You can already tell that it's not player focused when they are using a league system to show your skill level but your rank doesn't actually match your MMR, which means it's pointless and DOESN'T represent your skill level. So the game is lying about your skill to you and to other players. It should just show the mmr, at least privately so that the player can see his own mmr even if he can't see the mmr of others.

They should also show ranks etc of the enemies in the loading screen because everyone can check them from op.gg anyway so not showing the borders is just pointless again.

There is some weird snowflake making all these weird decisions.
