Sejuani is starting to become bad again

I closely watch all my favourite champions win rate so I know when to complain XD Sej is not losing more because she is weak but I think because assassin jungle champs are just way too strong early like I get that they are ment to fall out late but... THEY DONT I'm quite happy about all the buffs going to tank champs but now I'm starting to feel tanks don't need buffs but rather the overall damage output of all champs needs to get lowed. Before anyone starts flaming I also play assassin's and when I play them I feel like a god because they just are broken there is little chance to outplay an assassin they need just 1 sec to do their combo I feel that Riot should stop giving damage buffs to everything I meen the fucking river scully can 1 shot you
