Getting near 1M mp on Rumble, I have to say, his midlane is brutal, if you are up to trying something different, give him a chance.

Keep in mind I have not seen the latest buffs/nerfs coming in the next patch this is my personal opinion and I'd love to see who you guys hate and feel sorry for.

I'm not too uppity, most can be dealt with, some are just too overtuned, namely the first 3 listed.
I think as far as Jinx/Sivir go, it's perhaps more of a problem with the other adcs just not being on par with those two. I think the reason those two are as strong as they are though is partially because what supports are strong atm. To me the bot lane as a whole is having a crisis of identity at the moment and I'm glad I don't play in that lane.

(Tbh, I thought the addage was that Riot balanced around high elo; these champs are devastating both Masters and Bronze/Silver. The only reason they perform worse in lower elos is purely because they have trouble carrying whole TEAMS with their kits. ie Katarina may go 26/0 in 18 minutes in Silver, but still can't close out her game, because her 4 teammates are feeding. That doesn't happen in high elo. If she has a lead like that, she will outright win).
