Hey man, I actually know how you feel. I play on a low spec machine so I crash a lot in loading. I'm gonna point you in a direction you probably don't want to go, but I suggest starting up a ticket. I've started up two tickets since I had a mental boom with all the bugsplats and Leaverbusters. They've happened to me in norms and in ranked and cost me time and LP and some promos. Thankfully, the tech team actually does do a really REALLY REALLY REALLY good job at actually listening and helping you out. I received help from Rufio, Kasta Pasta, and Gintaro. I wish I could have thanked them more for all the help they gave me, it was really effective in helping me lower my bugsplats. ~~If you guys are reading this I love you guys for what you do and putting up with my extremely toxic ticket submissions over the bug splats. ~~
I'm really outspoken about Riot but I have to give them credit, the tech team at least do know what they're doing, and will try their best to help you out.
