CONNECTION ISSUES

Alright I don't know if I'm the only one that keeps getting shafted by riot but its starting to piss me off. In the past two days I've lost my promos twice from "connection issues". The first game i loaded in and it proceeded to "attempt to reconnect" at the 10 minute mark. This wouldn't have been too bad as i relaunched the game. However 10 minutes later the same thing happened and proceeded to crash the game leading to me losing the game. In the next instance i was in a duo with a friend and we both didn't make it past the loading screen and STILL MANAGED TO LOSE LP.

Why does this keep happening ?
