Stop giving me Silver players(or worse)! (Rant)

This is still happening, but to an even worse extent than previous. How can I queue for a game, as I'm progressing towards Plat, and still have a team that is comprised of 3 Silver 2 players, and a Bronze 1 VS. an all Gold 3 or higher team.... This is so far beyond a fair game. I understand that even matchmaking means that you should win one lose one, and be stuck at whatever rank that you fit in to. However, this isn't the case, I can't carry a team that is so far behind in general knowledge and strategy as this. Not to mention that everyone picked a champion based on nothing except that they play the champion. No counter picks, counter picking themselves, and constantly chasing kills instead of focusing objectives to actually win the game. I was very close to getting Plat about a week ago, but the great equalizer of ranked matchmaking put that to a solid halt. I went from a 17/3 win rate, to almost the exact opposite for the next week...

There must be a built in code that intentionally gives you a losing game. If that's not the case, then the whole system is just flawed(even though a built in program like that would be idiotic). I used to think this game had an actual competitive element. However, every game I have is either one-sided in my favor or one-sided in theirs(primarily one-sided for them. Like a 13/1 Darius). Very very very rarely do I get a game where I feel that either side really deserved their win.

Riot please stop giving me trolls and Bronze/Silver jokers... Also, don't chat restrict me when I say, "Kalista is shit when her support is trolling"(Oh no, a "bad" word that is directed towards my own champion). Mainly because my support was in fact trolling, talking mad lip, and telling me that I was getting reported before I even said anything(He died 9 times in 15 minutes, and stole 3 kills on purpose(flash ignite on already dead champs)). I thought chat restrictions were reserved for actual assholes who tell people to kys or something along those lines. Not someone who is being messed with by their team intentionally, and states a fact...

This game only caters to those who provide streaming content, and all others are forced to stay at the lower tiers, so that their "star" streamers don't run in to issues of demotion or difficult games. This is a team game that has almost nothing to do with teamwork, in the rank that I'm forced to be in at least. I would love to ascend to a level where my team actually knows how to rotate, secure objectives, and peel for an ADC; instead of diving under turrets for the other teams 0/5 support. Well, there's my rant...
