FPS drops ??

Am i the only one who's starting getting fps drops when there are a lot of things on screen? It's just a recent thing and i really haven't done anything to my pc meanwhile.. i mean.. i played this game for 6 months at 120 fps without problems but now, when there are huge teamfights fps drops to 50-60

Am i the only one?
