People complain about Ahri but can we nerf Jax?

No, i didn't just lost to a Jax, i'm not salty, its just a fact : Jax is too well rounded, he doesn't have any defect.

Best jungler dueling power ( Raw R stats + R passive + Immunity to AA + Stun + Gap closer ) And Best jungler splitpusher and tower demolisher near master yi

You can't 1 vs 1 him at any state of the game and he's gonna scale to a mini tank towers destroyer, i mean.. It's like Kalista.. Kalista has too much utility so her stats are damn low, shouldn't jax be the same?

I think he should still have the " strong 1 vs 1 " style but he needs some nerf fore sure, don't you guys agree?

Jax best silver win rate jungler : https://puu.sh/BfLyU/86e531142c.png

The best duo is basically Jax with anyone : https://puu.sh/BfLzX/1595d0ef44.png

Jax having only one counter ( amumu ) and only 8-10 jungler out of 38 that are neutral matchup ( i set to it to ALL ranks, Jungle and patch 8.15 for larger sample size ): https://puu.sh/BfNWK/aaa5d9b6be.gif

Jax has the same problem that pre tank rework Maokai apparently had; hes a generalist. Apparently being a generalist is fine if you're Lee sin or jax but if you're maokai, you gave to be reworked and have your iconic ult taken away. :/

Jax was good even when bruisers were apparently "weak." Hes good in tank metas, bruiser metas, ADC metas, assassin metas, and support metas. Jax is flat out always good. Hes never not good.

I love playing Jax. I love hearing people complain about him, and it’s always the same shit.

“Jax needs to be changed! Grumble grumble grumble!” ... never get tanks to counter Jax ... never get items to counter Jax ... never get champs that counter Jax

Jax is pretty easy to shut down. They sell three items in the shop that makes Jax useless, and any mana-using tank can buy them.

But that means someone has to play a game without their one trick, which as you know in bronze and silver elo, thats the scariest story you can tell around a campfire.

“And then... the top laner, who picked cho gath instead of his main, boughtitem 3075 item 3110 item 3143 to counter someone!”

And the bronze and silver kids at summer camp screamed, the boards screamed, some people on the league subreddit screamed but the mods shadowbanned them

Edit: Ah downvotes... which means I hit a nerve. I forgot telling people about counter play is a biblical sin

Jax is a monster. You can't win against him 1on1 that's why I ban him almost every game since years.

I can hear Hashinshin screaming in the distance

Out of EVERYTHING happening this current season, jax, who is a purple minion until 6, is an issue? lol. I get that he has an intense power spike, but honestly since he can barely farm early game and has no useful ult for team fights it's justified.

Quick question. Ever played jax before? Oh.

yeah, I might sound a bit biased since I main jax, and hit plat with him before on a separate account, but ideally that should mean I know more about him and his matchups than usual, regardless people will still tell me "oh u salty cuz ur jak main". Anyway, tp and conq got nerfed, steraks synergy with tri was nerfed, manaless/ranged lane bullies top lane are meta which hard counters him, some matchups don't even allow him to farm under tower, he has no lane sustain, he usually can't abuse ignite, and he's actually ridiculously immobile until his first item. Jax jungle only works in silver because no one invades him, he is actually really, REALLY easy to invade before 6. Just like in top lane it's already hell for him to farm. His wr above gold is a healthy 51% with a 4% playrate; the only reason why he's still doing good is because of his incredible split pushing power, his passive, and conqueror.

If a jax 1v5's your team it's because you:

-didn't get peel

-face tanked his counter-strike

-were out of position

-face tanked his counter-strike

-didn't stun him or use aoe abilities

-use a dash to stay away from him BEFORE he jumps onto you

-face tanked his counter-strike

Jax is an old champion, and it shows. There have been times in the past where he was bad, but right now he's likely performing too well, and his design makes crossing that line flip him from "passable" to "super frustrating" almost immediately. He auto-punishes low-mobility champions with his point-and-click dash, and gets to passively make himself far too durable while building damage, thanks to his ult. If his mechanics could be outplayed, e.g. if immobile champions could escape him or fight back, or if people could bypass his defenses through some kind of gameplay, he'd likely be a lot less irritating to deal with, but as it stands he's a ball of stats whose entire success is dependent on him getting some damage items, which currently isn't hard for him to do.

Wait, what? Kalista has tons of utility, yes. She has vision ghosts, a strong targetted slow, stacking delayed damage that's high enough to threaten claiming objectives, and an unstoppable ally saver combined with a knockup. That's why her stats are low, yes.

Jax's only utility is a delayed point blank AoE stun.

They're not even close in terms of utility.

Oh really? Well I went 5/0 as Jax against Aatrox at around 15 minutes but my team lost all other lanes except jungle. We lost. Jax solo-carry potential is shit so stfu

Brown Man Darius8/17/2018, 4:59:27 PM2 votes

Jax is balanced atm and pretty underpowered in high elo. There is no point in nerfing him

Cloud2738/17/2018, 8:38:22 PM2 votes

I think it's stupid that counter strike let's him play offensively and defensively at the same time. The ability claims Jax enters a "defensive stance", and yet he's able to leap on top of me and aoe stun me (and my team if nearby) while doing it.

You know what's one one of the worst counters for Nidalee? That's right, it's Jax!
