Will swain's skins get a price change after his rework?

I'm pretty new to this game,so i'm sorry if this sounds weird but I wanted to bring this up because I noticed in reworked swain's northen front skin,he has some kind of icy hand instead of his red one.Does that mean the skin will get some kind of new blue-ish particles on his abilities?If so it would now be worth 975 instead of 750.Just wanted this clarified because I was planning on buying swain and one of his skins,and I was worried I would get juked out of my RP is I didn't check sooner.
