Solo-queue right now is mostly determined by who has the crazier individual.

I played 12 games of Solo-queue recently, 9 of them have something notable of breaking the summoners code, reported every instance and nothing happened, they're still playing and notably ruining games, examples are below.

Game 1: http://prntscr.com/ojs7oc My Ashe who is Diamond 4 goes 3/16 after arguing with my mid laner, calling eachother garbage and spamming bad engages then blaming eachother. Please take note that everyone who is Diamond 4 doesn't care about winning or losing because they don't demote. Promotion system is toxic as hell and encourages losing when you're on 0LP.

Game 2: http://prntscr.com/ojs8dm Riot decided to give me a Rengar who's level 32, was last season Gold who hasn't played League in what I suspect is a year because he has no match history. My mid laner was autofilled from jungle, got tilted at my jungler because he didn't abuse the midlaner with no summoners, so they inted, quit the game, said they dc'd, ran into the enemy, died, quit the game again.

Game 3: http://prntscr.com/ojs9d1 Our Shaco decided to AFK farm throughout the entire game and when he was asked to gank a lane he'd reply "I'm coming" then never show up, obviously every lane including myself got frustrated at him for this so in answer to our frustration of asking for a Jungler, he decided to soft-int the entire game. Did not once group up when the other 4 team members did, would laugh spam whenever we died.

Game 4: http://prntscr.com/ojsac1 Nothing toxic here but Riot gave our Ekko a crashed client, he was unable to join the game up until 25 minutes but thankfully we were able to be winning 4 v 5. We were put at a severe disadvantage and MANY people are experiencing crashing clients with the most recent patch, even after repair tool and etc etc.

Game 5: http://prntscr.com/ojsb2y Another Diamond 4 player not caring about winning, said "ff?" at 15 minutes and proceeded to make suicidal players despite multiple members asking to play safe, Zed muted everybody and decided to become an AFK splitpusher, then died 1 v 1 to Kaisa, blamed Jungle.

Game 6: http://prntscr.com/ojsbye Here's a fun one, another Diamond 4 not caring about winning, died once to Lux and quit the game instantly because what's the point in continuing to play once you're behind right? You won't demote from losing this game so why bother playing? Vayne and Leona constantly argued throughout the entire game, spamming ? on eachother so they decided to int the enemy botlane for no apparent reason other than hating eachother. Leona sold all her items and intentionally fed, Vayne followed suit.

Game 7: http://prntscr.com/ojsd7u Enemy raka rage quit the game, nothing else significant.

Game 8: http://prntscr.com/ojsdlc Akali refusing to communicate with everyone, just spammed "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT" in the chat and proceeded to kill herself around 10 times in a row, Hecarim threw up the /FF vote several times and we said no, so he decided to do the same as Akali.

Game 9: http://prntscr.com/ojsewz Kayn flamed like hell throughout the entire game, referenced his account as a smurf account and said Veigar and Shen were trolling for picking off-meta, called them trash cans throughout the entire match, went unpunished.

Soft inting games is not bannable because Riot's system is so shit at detecting it. Flame all you want, just do it passively or not excessively and you won't be banned. Avoid keyphrases and you will never be banned lol
