Low level is a joke

So making a new account to get it to 30 and I noticed 3 things. First, this whole intro page calling new accounts noobs is the most moronic thing I have seen yet. Whoever came up with the idea and thought it was good should be fired as well as all of those who approved it. Secondly, ARAM at low levels is littered with people running BOT programs. Thirdly, the whole change to blue essence has slowed everything down. You can make the claim that it helps new people but you are full of it. The system screws new accounts over as well as the older ones. Riot, get your head out of your asses, stop focusing on the Pro's for 10 seconds and start focusing on the 99.9% of the game base that isn't on stage.

There have also been a lot more bot program in SR intermediate bots, specifically jungle.

Ya, it doesn't help new people. It actually lowers you rate of gaining Ip as a new account, rofl.

Takes at least 3 wins of the day to level for each 15-20, which would be 450 IP + 3 games of (60-80) ip for a grand total of 630 - 690 IP for each level.

Meanwhile I level up and get 500 BE as a reward LOL
