Why on earth do you make it so that rune pages are unlocked at around 8, custom pages at 11, but to make a custom page that is different than the premade garbage you must be 15. Riot you are a joke of what you used to be. Money grubbing tools that do not listen to the players.
GankedByWindows1 votesHow does that make them money grubbing exactly? The thought process is that new players can focus on the game itself instead of throwing them into the deep end with learning the game and rune pages which are complicated in themselves. It isn't like you can buy them early.
Dreadlord Kahn1 votesIt makes them money grubbing considering the rate of gaining blue essence. You either purchase exp boosters or purchase the champs with cash. They also do not care about new players, which can not be argued. If they did, they wouldn't screw over the acquisition of new champs and they wouldn't have Noob written all over everything for new players. The new system is a dumbed down version of what the system was before so it isn't exactly difficult to learn.
