1 report is enough to ban people who are toxic/int/afk right?
Because I don't feel like asking people for reports anymore when enemy team doesn't want to report and insists on shit talking instead like a bunch of 9 year olds.

yes it works like this
Reports > 0 then flag game
so no matter how many reports a person gets they will be flagged the same
You aren't supposed to ask for reports anyways, that in and of itself is reportable apparently.
It won't unless they are frequently reported.
Phrases like "Kill Yourself", "Fuck You", "Drink Bleach", "I hope you and your family dies", "N*****", etc. are strangely not set to be automatically detected by the system when being reported for verbal abuse / hate speech, hence why such wonderful players walk around with Honor level 4 and 5 telling you and others to commit suicide, instead of being instantly banned when recieving a report.
What about the "ggez" argument? What's Riot's stance about that bs?
Most people that play this game don't know that so the natural thing for them to assume is more reports = higher chance for a ban
