Will chroma ip sale come before the influence points gets replaced with the blue essence?

Hi, i just wanted to ask about the ip chroma sale since it happens twice in a year. Last one was in May, 6 months ago. Will there be chroma ip sale before the blue essence limited shop that will contain chromas (i think it would be all chromas included in that limited shop ? im not sure).
