Make BE emporium permanent
Sometimes, I have too much BE, and idk what to get. So I would prefer to get an icon rather than buying Lux! So please make it permanent

Semi-permanent could work. Maybe not the rare stuff such as Urfwick, since it's supposed to stay rare, so keep that coming once or twice a year. Maybe keep some chromas up and gemstones, with some icons aswell.
Even from a business standpoint it makes sense. Because rather than people wisely saving their moneys, they will just spend it whenever they feel the urge. And if people who want new champions run out of BE then they might spend RP, Basically Riot needs to translate BE sales into RP sales.
When is it coming out anyways?
Also to add a way to get missed skin borders in the emporium.
You guys ask for so much. Let's just have everything in the shop, including all legacy, rare, and unobtainable skins and icons, all event items. :0
