The damage bonus from PtA shouldn't be be from all sources
Getting up to a 12% damage amp for your team just for hitting your target three times is pretty ridiculous when defensive stats are on the weaker side right now

Not to mention it's incredibly stronger as compared to Expose Weakness, which was only 3%.
Yeah, it should be a 24% increase just for yourself. That's definitely what we want to give to the highest dps class.
to be fair There's a lot of cases that 12% is a wasted amount Usually when you're dueling someone in jungle and you just kinda.. ass blast them with a 5k crit.
Good thing press the attack is garbage
But the proc damage and the expose damage are usually the same
