Can someone explain tahm kenches ban quote/taunt to me?

I dont know if im stupid of something, but i seriously dont get this quote and its bothering me, plz help.

Dunno, but the part about a sandwich is pretty obvious since he's kind of a gourmet.
Sandwiches aren't exactly sharp. broken ones less so I imagine. duller than that = pretty damn dull. TL;DR: he's saying you're an idiot
