@Riot do you guys have any iperf/bwctl servers that I can run tests against?

I'd love to be able to troubleshoot why it just took me half an hour to download a 150 MB update on a 100 Mbps connection.

Before anyone says look for local issues, a web-based speedtest to a nearby node gave expected results. It's either an application tuning issue or routing issue.
