Your friend (who even though is your friend, should not be named and shamed...XXXXX his/her name) was harassing team mates all game. You don't get punished for one word or phrase (except racist, hate, harm, etc).

Sounds like he was banned because he was toxic as all fuck, not just because he called someone a noob.

(Forgot to mention most of these were in all chat)The most harassing word he used was stupid. In most of my games i get teammates that get angry because i don't gank the 7/0 yasuo in top lane and call me autistic mentally challenged %%%got trash i have written several essays in the report tab but i never got a feedback report. According to riot the word stupid is worse than racial slurs hate speech and sexism.
