Fiora is non sense to play against.

Her passive, W , true damage wasn't enough now she also has conqueror and it is just non sense to play against. Nerf Fiora.

for starters item 3047 > item 3158 when fighting fiora, youre already tankier than she is and more CDR isnt going to help until a bit later. and you have the base damage on riven to afford to build item 3076 or if you want extra damage instead item 3123 , but i would more recommend the bramble considering you already have a shield on your dash + shield bash.

edit: after watching the replay, a few tips,

whenever you have a front side vital, NEVER walk up to the wave. its just a free trade for fiora. walk back for a minute so the vital repositions.
dont use all 3 of your q's at once, thats just parry bait. its best to use about 2 of them, and intentionally miss the second, or kite slightly back just to get in range, then auto attack to bait out the parry. as long as you don't CC her it wont stun, then you can simply use your own w because its instant. playing into fiora is all about mind games.

legit your only misplay was moving away from the wall (she woldnt have been able to hit the vital, and therefore you could have survived)
