Am I a bad guy?

Long time ago I made an account on EUW just to test the ping there and see if it is worth to transfer there one day, hearing all the stuff of how it's better than EUNE I was playing my fair share of games, even met and played a few games with a guy/asshole that called me bad for not building first item rageblade on yi and not having all of my masteries (old masteries btw) on early levels and thus being bad and losing many games in a row (long story short i politely apologized many times to him, even re added him just to apologize once more but he just told me to fuck myself and immediately removed me from his friends list afterwards) (IRRELEVANT TO THE REST OF THE STORY, IT'S NOT THE SAME GUY)

Eventually I stumbled upon a guy that added me as a friend after the game We were talking a bit and then he asked me where I'm from to which i replied "Montenegro" (google balkan to find it more easily) and he suddenly started spamming me asking for my phone number I was skeptical so i didnt give him the number no matter how many times he asked me for it, fearing that he's a hacker, stalker, spammer or smth like that He said that his mom is in Montenegro and he needs my phone number for her to contact me, or for me to contact her, or for him to contact me or whatever the fuck so i dont remember what happened next but I think I either blocked him or unfriended him after telling him I cant do that what he asks or demands numerous times

But now whenever I remember that moment I cannot help but think that maybe it was a serious situation and that maybe someone was hurt because of my doing He never told me why he needed my number aside from mentioning the stuff about his mom being in my country I don't know if he had good English either

So... fellow Boarders or Carpenters ,if you will,... am I... a bad guy?
