Is this a healthy way of buffing Swain a bit?

i heard one player mention that he should be able to drain the number of people based on the number of soul fragments he collected to me that sounds good but in addition, why not make it so when his ult reaches a threshold where he can recast it, and he dies before recasting, he casts upon death

There have been a lot of instances where i was either ccd to hell or silenced and couldnt get my ult explosion to go off

Swain is a bit of down lately and he isnt getting much playrate as other mages

He is one of my favorite characters and i think he deserves some love

I like the idea of his ultimate exploding when he dies, although I also think rather than going the damage route they should just give him some QOL/sustain buffs.

Stuff like a slightly increased E range, faster W cast speed, lower Q mana cost, and being able to ult with no soul fragments would go a long, long way.

Best buff for him would be reverting the rework. It failed, I don't think a champion with 3 abilities is usable.
