FleetFootwork has no syngergy now

since the revamping of energized effects they removed the amping and the increased charge speed on rapid fire, now they all do their own things but the only energized effect that has no syngery with the others is fleet, it has no reason to be an energized effect is all right now cause i doesnt benifit from any of the others Compared to the other precison keystones it just kinda feels bad now cause i took it for healing on those champs that would use stormrazor rapidfire, and now those champs are straight better of just using conq, Fleet seems like it has no purpose other than maybe survive early but the early healing is garbage
