Passive- the master is accompanied by a hound which has its own health pool equal to half of the masters hp, and scales dmg at 50+5 per level and scales at 15% of masters total ad, attack speed is .75 and doesn't scale over level but receives all attack speed gains(from items and buffs not growth) of the master, armor and mr are 25 and 3/4's of the masters bonus. move speed is 375 at all levels, attack range of 100. respawn time is 40 seconds-2 seconds per level(no cdr scaling) gives 75 gold on kill q- maiming strike- both the master and the hound preform a piercing linear skillshot(glitterlance style) if the master hits a champion he will move further to 400 units behind the target, if the hound strikes that same champion he will root them for 1.5 seconds, if only one of them hits the champion it applys a 50% slow for the same duration, if the master pierces the target he will still do dmg to the targets behind them but will still move 400 units behind the first target. if only the hound strikes a champion the hound will stop at that champion w- bonded spirits- Passive-dmg done to the hound is transferred to the master at a rate of 75% of dmg taken unless the master is below 50% hp, the damage done to champions by the hound heals the master for 30%(including abilities) Active- the master summons the spirit of an additional hound(this hound does not interact with the w passive), lasts 10 seconds, this hounds interacts with his other abilities as such, this hound also has half the stats of the base hound(minus attack speed and movespeed) Q- if the master and both hounds hit a champion both hounds will root them champion for 3 seconds, same affect as normal if only 2 connect E- if all 3 units can strike the same champion it will heal the master and the hound for 15% of max hp E-Beasts bite- the master and the hound gain 20-40% attack speed on activation and their first auto will deal max hp dmg 2-6%, if both the hound and the master hit the same champion they gain 20% movespeed, beasts bite gains 3% dmg per 5% missing hp of the master. R- The master rage- The master immobilizes himself to charge a linear dash(does not go over walls and charges distance like an arcanopulse) he can charge up to 4 seconds, if he charges under 2 seconds the dash will stop on the first champion hit, and deals physical dmg if he charges over 2 seconds the dash will deal true damage and pierce champions and deal execute dmg(15% at 2 seconds and 35% at 4) but the dash deal less damage the further he dashes down to 75% at max range(of the max if he taps it and goes as far as it goes it will do 95%~)

My thoughts,A pet based champion but one who can function without their pet with abilites that will work stand alone, but can be rebuffed with his w to get a temp pet, the q and r are the true masterpieces of the kit, the dream is the usage of a w powered q and root a target for 3 seconds so you can charge your ult to deal massive dmg, but against ranged champs they can hit you during this duration, so take caution, this ult is not like sion it is not an escape its a commitment and can even be used as an engage but you sacrifice damage and you put a heavy distance between you and you're hounds, also note your hounds would have to not have leashing as that would be overpowered for his comboing, the hound would just have to be forced to stay within a certain distance of him(say 5000 units). the w passive is to prevent the hound from being an oppressive lane presence while also allowing a reilability for the master to know he can combo, consider the hound can NOT die while the master is>50% but harassing the hound will dmg the master heavily and lead to the hounds death and a very bad window for the master, the healing is so the opponent has to consider if fighting while the hound is alive is a good idea, in team fights i picture the master as a tank who initiates with q and tries to be disruptive and threatening, but if you land a q combo in a team fight consider you cant just risk ulting due to the required charging time, and positioning yourself in relation to the hound is critical as you can take extreme bonus dmg if you and the hound are both hit, (think illaoi Spirits) i feel like i should note the master Needs to be melee or else he'd be oppressive, and you may think he will just be countered by ranged champs but due to his q gap closer cc(if you are skilled at positioning and can land it) you can contest them, but consider since you go further its risky to use next to enemy towers, and about the scaling damage on his E while it seems strong remember if hes low and it will deal massive damage the hound is likely dead so it wont be applied twice, and due to how easily the second hound can be focused with its reduced stats you have to save it for what you want to empower be it an ulti combo on the q or a heavy gap closer q, or just more E damage also i think the hound as considering its a dog should be able to move quite quickly and since it wont gain movespeed outside of the E buff
