Riot should implement a way to see ur old friendslist on banned accounts

I was so toxic threw out my highscool years i had every single account i played on banned. but i still made some amazing friends threw out that time in my life and its honestly blows i cannot recover them, maybe instead of full out locking the accoun maybe just game ban them so they are able to log onto the account and still see friends tell them what happened and stuff. because honestly on ur first account you make some pretty cool people and you learn the game together and i would love to be able to sign into my old account VXJ with a full friendslist and just see how they been an where there at. It's something i honestly think should be done. im sure im not the only person who lost friends threw a ban. lmk guys tell me ur stories
