Still Honor 0 0/3

Ok, I get that honor 0-2 didnt get reset, but Ive been suspecting that my account has been bugged or something for a while now. I got banned back in August, and I have not been legitimately toxic since (save occasional BM to enemy team, but thats not toxic, Riot has acknowledged that before), and I usually get at least 1 honor per game. There should be NO way I have 0/3 honor progression until level 1 after 5 MONTHS. Also note, I was honor level 4 before I got banned, so its not like Im just constantly toxic.

Anyone else having this problem?
