about Champion Craft

So, i got a Neeko Shard and i unlocked via Champion Shard and the rest of the BE remained price, yet, i wasted about 8k BE and i don't have my NEEKO CHAMPION on my COLLECTION, i restarted the CLIENT and again, the same thing, you took the BE but not the SHARD and i didn't get the CHAMPION, can you fix it please? i don't wanna waste my BE and my TIME with your shitty PLATFORM whom is by far the most laggy thing i ever encountered so far in my life on P.C., heck, even my old P.C. could run WoW: Cataclysm and didn't have problems, but LoL? i have new P.C.(bought it last year) and this Platform not only that suck ass, but it's so useless it gives us the creeps, Thanks.

I want the rest of my BE i've wasted on NEEKO SHARD back, you can check Crafting History, since the History from the Platform is also 2 month bugged OLD. Love, a NERDRAGER.
