Newly built pc help

So I just built my first pc and decided to test League on it, it only runs at 7 fps. My parts are decent and I'm sure everything is installed correctly. So since I'm at work, I looked up some tips. Right now I'm using Windows 10 32- bit which I'm gonna bump to 64- bit, would that help? Also I read something about updating drivers. Would that help too?

Might be trying to run the game off your on-board graphics instead of the video card, so look up instructions for how to check that. And yeah, you really need to update your drivers
