they get a Janna/Sona/Soraka support who sit behind them the entire game afk waiting to use a shield or heal and don't poke or pressure the opponent

Unbinding the enter key certainly helps
It's massively infuriating, but why would you need to translate that into typing? I generally just shout at my screen. Just play and report them for playing tourist in lane.
