Anyone want to help me get back into gold?

Not on this account, but a new account, I tested into silver 3 and for the life of me feel like i'm hard stuck, I think my issue is that i'm used to playing with more self sufficient players that don't need me to carry as much, and playing overnight is different feeling for me too, meaning whether i'm winningor losing the losing team seems to have 3-5 hard feeders whereas i'm used to maybe 1-2 at most

i pretty much just adc and always win lane, but i'm hoping to find another person gold 3+ last season who can help me reduce the feeding players by 1 and steamroll our opponents.
