Some champs are getting nerfed to the oblivion just because of pro play.

All of their winrates below 46% XDD in every elo not just in silver or gold In plat, dia or even master ryze has 46% winrate and the others too. Maybe im retard, but every ryze i saw on my games was pretty much useless.
