Lissandra actually had a good passive to have mana sustain in lane, but what about Wukong?

He gets 4-8 armor in lane xd, please give him a good passive or something, buff his ad ratios and lower his base, or idk just do something with him, it sucks to play him in higher elos, and in jungle, u basically have no passive, while graves can knock monsters..
