The worst part of this whole mess over in LCL is that the 5 guys on that team were all suddenly fired so that they could be replaced with all females.
That's disgusting. The more I dig into this, the more crap I find that's just not okay.
Imagine being fired because the stuff between your legs isn't correct. Holy shit what a PR disaster for Riot.
Wasn't that team didn't had money enough to pay the old players or something like that and that's why they decided to create this clusterfuck team ?

The goal wasn't to create a pro LoL team, it was to create PR hype, and it worked. It wouldn't have been as effective with males. This is like a casting director passing over Tom Hanks for some B-list female actor because the role is a female character. The difference being, of course, that hiring talent of the same gender as the character they're to play is pretty reasonable, while VV's move was exploitative trolling for clicks in a way that's detrimental to the LCL, LoL, Riot, gamers in general, and every subcategory of gamers (pro, casual, male, and female).
