Who did you think needed more of a rework; Evelyn or graves?

So Graves seemed to be nerf to the point where he really isn't a very viable jungle. I rarely see the guy, and you're really useless unless you happen to be stacking grits in the jungle. Evelynn on the other hand was pretty viable in all points of the game she can go ad tank if she was behind and sneak up without any problem. What do you guys think?
