Can I please have Sylas' healing Riot?

Vlad heals for 40 (+35% AP) every 2.75 seconds (including vs minions), and heals an additional 200 (+5% missing hp, +4% missing hp per 100 AP) every 2nd cast (reduced vs minions).
Sylas heals 190 (+35% AP) every 7.2 seconds, doubled if he is below 40% health. And he only heals if he hits a enemy champion.
Vlad is already healing more then Sylas in basically every scenario outside of early to midgame Sylas maxing W and Vlad not yet having his cdr.
I would like that healing on Trundle honestly. Must be nice having two dashes, a shield, ranged harass (along with a slow), the ability to steal ults, and outdueling every champion in the game. He also scales with AP, so he's not tied down to shitty AD bruiser itemization.
sub 11 healing is far far better on sylas, plus sylas can take aftershock with better escapes and initiates
They are more likely to delete the healing from vlad at this point.
He doesn't need that healing when he can delete your backline in a quarter of a second while remaining untargetable.
