i won 4 ranked game in a row and got 98 lp BUT after that i lose straight up like 10-13 games i cant count it cuz it was too many times and yeah i got demoted from silver 2 to silver 4.

Watch your replays, pretend you are watching some other player, and look for mistakes. If you died 4 times in first 10 minutes in any game, it probably was your contribution to losing, not winning. Watch your plays and learn from it. And if you donr know how to improve, google it. Thats the only way.
