Season 10 Ranked (struggling) wait to climb or no?

Started playing league last year in july and made it to silver 3 and silver 2 in preseason.

Now starting ranked season 10 got bronze 3 after winning 7 out of 10 placements which I understand start of season but some reason now every game I play after placements I lose I currently have an 8 game loss streak.

I'm jg main but been doing different positions because lanes lose so hard. By the time I start getting drag or first item we are down 5-8 kills towers half way down and if we make it late game people dive 1 v 5. Am i queuing with irons or something? Never climbed at beginning of season.

Should I just wait to climb or am is it just in my head?

Any advice appreciated :)

Wait to climb, game quality is at its lowest right now

My first 3 placement games I won lane but by the time I did that JG TOP & MID had fed over 15 kills and lost their towers, Harold and bot was getting 4-5 man ganks. Being an adc main thats rightly a high B or low S I can't carry a game that far gone. If I was more patient I'd skip pre-season all together. The longer you wait the less likely you are to run into people on smurf accounts ruining the game for the other team too.
