Just had a game going against senna, lux, Swain, Yummi, and Jax
Whole team practically had roots/stun
Our team Lee sin, Akali, Ryze, Tristana, Leona
We could not fight them they literally stunned us going from Lux stun to Senna stun to Swain then Yummi. Score sadly was lik 5 to 30 how can I counter a team like this or what helps?
Our bot lane lost real bad so that didnt help but any advice?

are your friends here. if your reflexes are fast enough you can just cleanse the initial CD and thus avoid the follow up.
but there is also your teamcomp to cosider. having a beefy tank infront of you who can handle the damage that they put on you during their cc-chain is important, because after they put their stuff on CD they are pretty voulnerable

Well first off you're gonna want merc treads, depending on champ as well. Qss would work good on ad and bashee veil for any AP champs. If you will get chain cc flash the snare if you have it or just dodge if you can. Or if your teammate gets caught just back off, dont engage trying to save them if they are dead, cut your losses and run. But if they blow all their spells on one person then in the right situation you can turn because they wont have any cc to peel adc and it will be an easy fight.
Legend tenacity, Merc treats and definetly qss. Leo should frontline, Lee should try to get picks as he usually does, ryze trist and akali have decent sustained damage. Just keep Jax away from trist, in the worst case get swain ult out of the fight via lee/trist R. Maw/banshee/abyssal mask works wonders as well.
This doesn't look like a CC problem. Your team has so many disengages. It's an execution problem. Their team simply played better.
In addition to what everyone has already wrote, I want to say dodging. It seems obvious but the best way to avoid being CC chained is to keep your eyes on whoever is in range to CC you. If there are multiple users in range to CC you, focus more on whoever has the more reliable/faster CC. This is how you should prioritize what enemies to watch. Looking at their team, it's very likely that majority of CC chains were began by Lux like you said.
You also cant be CC chained by Lux, Swain, Senna, and Yuumi if half of them are nowhere near you, so forcing them to split up by split pushing works too. Imo, the ideal setup for this matchup would've been leaving Ryze to defend mid with his waveclear, Trist to break bot's turret then Aram mid, and letting Akali try to push towards the top's inhibs. Outside of Jax, I don't think any of those champions should've posed a threat to Akali.
