Any difference in Ranked Games across regions?

I'm playing on OCE.

Most people play on NA. I'm just curious to see whether or not the different ranks in the ladder represent the similar sort of skills across different servers.

I sometimes get the feeling that Silver Players in OCE tend to be a little more capable than what a lot of youtubers say Silver players are like in EU and NA servers. But that may just be me not knowing whats up.

If anyone has had experiences playing across different servers, what are your thoughts? Are people in Silver or Gold in different servers have similar skills?

So if I'm Silver in OCE, would I still be in Silver if I played in NA?

I dont know about NA but in EU EUW is a litle better than EUNE.

NA cares very, very little about actually winning~~, even in ranked. ~~

Actually, I feel like people care more about winning in my norms than they do in my ranked games.

(edit) also, OCE is pretty well-known for being significantly worse than other regions.

I know that LAN is terrible and the last time I played there I was getting matched against challengers after 50 games, and plats were walking into towers or literally standing in the middle of lane with 50 health and dying like NA silvers.

i think it goes more like this,

OCE bronze/silver >NA bronze/silver however OCE challanger/master/diamond < NA challanger/master/diamond

because our servers is so small we dont have those outliers those players who are stereo-typically bronze 5 and our challanger/master/diamond scene is so small. but i do think our top 10 players can hit challanger on any server (they have hit challanger while boot camping in korea) its just instead of hang 200 to 1000 players who could make challanger we only have like 100, the other 100 spots are second accounts and players who wouldn't be able to hit challanger on a harder server
