Hey everyone so I've been playing league since the end of season 3 and for a majority of that time I was pretty much a casual but this season I've decided to see how good I truely am and play nothing but ranked now I can play a pretty decent variety of champions but I feel like Elise is by far one of my best champion as I've been maining her for a very long time my question is will she consistently win me games especially at low elo or should I play some else

Yeah go for it man. Most people consider elise to be on the weak side, but since no one plays her no one knows how to play against her.
check your mobalytics and op.gg you can more or less get a good tally on your winrate. elise is fairly versitile since her bruiser build(s) became possible again after the abyssal mask rework
I think it's something like 
on her for just enough cdr, iceborn procs liandry's, and just enough AP+magic damage increase. Might work in this bruiser/assassin meta, might not.
Idunno a friend of mine ran this a few months back along with conqueror and hard carried for a few games before abruptly swapping to Nid
Thing is she's pretty team dependant from what I've seen. But people can carry with anything. Your main strength is in the very early game and your job is typically to set up kills and try and create a strong lead ASAP. Its like a less self sufficient Lee Sin, but you get cool things like the coccoon and more sustain as a reward for it.
I main Quinn. She isn't played much but I have good success with her. Don't let meta pick blind you, play what you like. We need more of those kind of player. Meta sheep get annoying .
What people don't understand is her burst isn't what makes her good. She can attack someone under tower, draw turret aggro, and then immediately dodge it with rappel. And she will continue to draw aggro until she comes down. So her team can just have her way with you while the turret is doing absolutely nothing. Pretty stupid mechanic honestly.
